How do I create a new account?

To create an account, click on the 'Sign Up' button located on the top right corner of the page. Fill in all of the required details to make an account, it is really easy.

Can I access my account from multiple devices?

Yes, you can access your account from multiple devices. You need your proper credentials (Email & Password). But be aware for multiple signin with your single credentials as our systems automatically sign-out the other accounts if you loged-in at once.

What are the system requirements?

Our website runs smoothly on most modern browsers. We recommend keeping your browsers always up-to-date with its new versions. Some of older versions may give less experience. Also you need minimum internet connections for accessing the application without latency issue.

Account Settings

How can I change my username?

Navigate to the Account Settings page. There you can see the textfield to change it. Ensure you hit the Save Changes button after that for reflecting the change.

How do I update my email address?

You will find options on account settings to change it, But after that our verification mail will be sent to the updated one for confirmation before we officially updated from our end.

How do I update my profile picture?

Click on your profile pic in upper section and after opening setting modal there will be an option. Select your new photo there and hit the update option, our system will take few minutes to replace that and showing into system.

How do you protect my data?

We protect your data using standard protection methods for all data handling of modern application. Also our data storages are strongly secured and very monitored by admins in various security layers.

Is my payment info stored?

Our system doesn't store your bank details at our database, its saved as securely encrypted methods on highly reputable payment service providers and which they themselves take every steps to keep that safe.

What if there's a security breach?

Our Security system very robust but even any potential security issue occur we send a notify with clear action and resolution guidelines for keeping all parties are secured as earliest as possible.

Where can i access the billing statement?

In your dashboard under your settings sections. Just go to profile then open up payment settings in there you will all those invoices details in proper manner.

How does recurring payment works?

Your set the particular settings that for every selected time your subscription plan payments will be processed as per your plan with automatic charges deducted via linked credit/debit card or wallet services from registered payment info that is linked during previous payments or set-ups.

Troubleshooting

What to do if the page loading slow?

Slow loading indicates that server may be not resposnsive at moment. Also you need to check you are on fast or sufficient internet connection to handle the application properly, if not contact service provider for solutions. But other than these case, reach-out our tech team with the error code or report form in system for any technical resolution.
